Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, położone kilka minut spacerem od kowarskiej Starówki. Jednocześnie w wystarczającej odległości od ścisłego centrum, aby z okna mieć widok na góry. W pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Łatwy dojazd samochodem i przypisane do mieszkania miejsce parkingowe na zamykanym bramą terenie posesji - bez dodatkowych opłat. Dla turystów dobry punkt wyjścia na szlaki w stronę Rudaw Janowickich i wschodniej części Karkonoszy. Miły kontakt z właścicielem.
Nie mam żadnych negatywnych spostrzeżeń.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, dedykowane miejsce parkingowe przy budynku
Brak WIFI i słaby zasięg GSM może być uciążliwy, niesprawna instalacja antenowa - brak kanałów, problem z ustawieniem stałej temperatury wody w kabinie prysznicowej
