Spacious and clean apartment with comfy beds, a large kitchen and dining table. Thoughtfully decorated and homely feel. The host is friendly and welcoming and is always ready to answer questions and give suggestions of places in the local area. Free off-road parking is a huge plus. There is a restaurant in the front of the building and others and some small shops close by. Location is quiet and in a perfect position near to the beach and the boat to Krapanj island. Not a plus or a minus but be aware contact by phone and message is through an agency.

Some fixtures in the kitchen are a little tired and a kettle would be a good addition.

Host was excellent, location is also very good, we had view from top apartment towards the sea and Krapanj Island. Overall we are very satisfied. Location is very green and full of plants which is a big plus from us.

Infront is restaurant, wasn't crowded or parking problem, but sometimes you can smell it. Nothing to serious, but worth the mention.

Comfortable room, nice decorations, terrace very cosy. Children friendly. Matraces are good and the apartment had enough blankets and towels. All devices are according to the description and working. The owner and her daughter were great hosts; responded immediately to all our needs. We felt very welcome and we would like to come back again. The apartment is really close to a great beach. Bakery, grocery shop are near. Shopping mall is 5 - 10 min. drive distance, Šibenik city center 15-20 min.

On the ground floor there is a tavern which was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. The tavern is sometimes a problem because of the parking spaces that can be occupied. Likewise, sometimes you can smell all the splendor of cooking odors. Apartment was not at a satisfactory level of cleanliness; especially the kitchen. The proper hot to cold water ratio on the faucet in the shower is challenging to set. Also, the shower head does not function properly, probably due to the limescale. Old wooden windows, fairly small refrigerator. Bathroom and kitchen could be remodeled ("old" designs). WiFi could be better in terms of coverage and strength. Would be a nice to have a dishwasher machine.
