Apartments Vila Sani Crikvenica

Amazing view, spacious apartment, parking space for several cars, and a beautiful balcony. Close to nature, with a great hiking trail just outside the gates. Peaceful, quiet environment, far from the noise of the town. The host is very friendly and helpful - she lives in the apartment on the ground floor and will assist you with anything, almost immediately.

There are several apartments in the building, and the walls/ceilings are thin, so if you don't have luck like we didn't, you will hear everything from upstairs (the host was very helpful, but sadly, the other guests were not so cooperative). Keep in mind, there is no microwave, and it is up the hill, so even though the beach seems to be within walking distance, it is a tough climb - but there are several parking places at the bottom of the hill, where you can leave your car, then walk.

This apartment house is located on the hill, it's a walk from the city centre (approx 1,5 km), but for us it was an oasis of calm and quiet from the crazy busy streets of the city. So if you don't like walking, not for you. FYI if you use Google maps to navigate, the address will take you to the dead end street, the apartment house is actually on the street Basaricekova. With the help of the locals we managed to find it. We stayed in the studio, which is the smallest of the apartments. It was recently renovated, so everything was new. It was very clean, which I appreciate. It does not have balcony or terrace, which we were aware of, so no issue. It had all items necessary for preparing coffee or small breakfast, including fridge and small dishwasher. It was just big enough for 2 people. The bathroom is tiny, but for 2 adults, no problem. We stayed with our dog, which we agreed on prior with the owner, no issues there, paid a small fee for the dog (10€ / day). The bigger apartments really do have beautiful sea view and big balconies. There is a big barbecue place in the garden that you can use. The owner is nice and provided anything we needed. We liked and enjoyed our stay, I do have couple of suggestions: - it would be great to have 2 spare rolls of toilet paper - hanger for drying the clothes (we asked for it and the owner provided it for us) - it would be cool to have a small table and 2 chairs in front of the window on the back porch, to drink the coffee in the morning - couple of tablets for the dishwasher would be great Thank you!
