We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It had a nice, clean and pleasant atmosphere. With a huge terrace, which I also liked very much. Tatjana recommended programs where to go on a trip or where to go if you want to relax/splash in the sea in a pleasant environment. The owner speaks several languages and is always ready to help and give useful advice. Clean and comfortable apartments. The location is quiet, but at the same time close to the markets and the town center. There are also several beaches that can be reached on foot or by car. From there you can see Mount Olympus. Great place! I hope to return to Greece again.

Everything was perfect – clean, cozy, and just steps from the heart of Paralia.

Our stay at Vila Olympia was wonderful! The rooms are perfect and even the smallest one comes with a spacious garden and a cozy patio. Everything you might need is already there, and if not, the hosts are incredibly kind and always happy to help. The location is great – just a short 3–4 minute walk on the same street leading straight to the beach and the center. The cleanliness was spotless.

Great stay in Paralia

The host is very nice, welcoming, making sure you have everything you need. Great stay in Paralia, near the beaches and town (2-3 minutes walking). Also, spotless cleaning.

The mattress was a bit too firm for my taste, so adding a mattress topper could make it even more comfortable.

We would like to express our appreciation for the modern bathroom facilities, the comfortable beds, and the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms during our stay. The large balcony added a delightful touch to our experience, providing a lovely space to relax. Moreover, the serenity of the neighborhood made our stay even more pleasant. We are truly grateful for the exceptional hospitality and accommodations provided. Highly recommend!

We were informed that there was an issue either with the booking or the POS system, which is why we couldn't make the payment with a card. Additionally, they requested payment in cash by 21:00, when we arrived at the hotel. As a result, we decided to transfer the money ourselves, because we went around 16:30 for a check-in, handling the exchange between different bank accounts for our convenience. Perhaps in the coming year, the hotel will be able to resolve their POS and booking system issues, making the payment process smoother for guests.

Raport calitate pret foarte bun

Camerele curate, bucataria este echipata bine, cu plita pe inductie, fierbator, presa franceza si un frigider silentios. Balconul este mare si cu scaune confortabile. Ambele gazde sunt foarte prietenoase si comunicative, atat in persoana cat si pe chat-ul Booking

Singurul minus a fost faptul ca am avut o singura cheie. Ar fi foarte util pentru apartamentele care pot gazdui 3 adulti sau mai multi sa primesti 2 chei, chiar si fara acel card fara de care nu poti porni anumite utilitati.

Oameni minunați, cazare minunată!

Gazda minunată și primitoare, camera foarte curată , vila renovată recent, totul a fost peste așteptări. Recomand cu încredere această cazare, aș reveni oricând cu drag.

Am fost anul acesta pentru a 7 -a oară în Paralia Katerini, ne-am întors mereu cu drag aici, însă anul acesta un lucru ne-a lăsat un gust amar: agitația și gălăgia de pe timpul nopții, din stațiune.

O vila curată și confortabilă

Mi-a plăcut că este curățenie, inca de la intrarea in vila se simte aer curat și parfumat. Pe jos era mereu curat și în camera era totul curat. Lenjeria de pe pat era alb imaculată, bumbac de calitate. Baia este mare ai loc să îți faci un dus comfortabil. In camera este un frigider, plita electrica și cel mai important are un ibric electric pentru cafea. Camera are aer condiționat și plasa de țânțari la ușă ceea ce este cel mai important pentru confortul celor care stau.

Vecinii de lângă vila pentru că făceau foarte multă gălăgie 😅

Concediu frumos, locație plăcută

Sunt foarte încântată că am ales Vila Olimpia pentru această vacanță. Doamna Tatjana de aici este minunată, săritoare, orice am întrebat dacă ne poate da, ne-a dat cu drag (inclusiv umbrelă pentru plajă). Recomand cu căldură această locație. Este curățenie, aproape de plajă și are o energie frumoasă ! Pentru noi nu a fost un minus, deoarece nu am avut nevoi, dar e de menționat că dacă se utilizează aerul condiționat când sunteți plecați din cameră se plătește 20 euro pe zi in plus pentru aer. Poate este specificat în descriere, dar mie mi-a scăpat !

Zgomotul de la mașinile ce trec pe șosea, dar nu ține de nimeni să poată face să nu se mai audă.

Locatia este aproape de centru , taverne, magazine. Ptr o noapte de tranzit, și o zi de cumpărături este perfecta.

Era bine sa fie aer condiționat în ambele camere.
