Very nice DUPLEX apartment of 47 m2, Residence 'Le Garden Fleuri', 3 storeys. In the center of Blonville sur Mer, 200 m from the beach and 100 m from shops

2-room apartment 47 m2 on 2 levels on the 3rd floor with elevator, living and dining room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony.
American kitchen area (1 hob, top fridge, microwave, electric coffee makers and 1 new Nespresso machine.
Shower WC refurbished.
Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (160 cm), 1 folding bed (90 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace, south facing Terrace 15 m2.
bedding and sofa / bed replaced in November 2017
Terrace furniture.
View of the batteries of Mont Canisy. Private parking space.

We enjoyed out our week in Blonville-sur-Mer which is superbly situated for visiting this beautiful part of France. The apartment was comfortable and clean an ideal base for our holiday. Our arrival arrangements were made easy by the texts we received from Audrey who met us and showed us where everything was.

Correspond à l 'annonce. Un petit four à la place du micro onde serait une bonne idée. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse qui était tres ventée malgré le beau temps.

Très bon accueil d'Audrey . Très agréable de pouvoir disposer de l"appartement si tôt. Cuisine très minimaliste mais annoncée néanmoins des couvercles pour cuisiner et casserole un peu plus grande seraient les bienvenus..Propreté moyenne au niveau poussière et solarium aurait aussi besoin d'un bon nettoyage pour le rendre plus attrayant. L'immeuble est bien situé , bien entretenu et sécurisé. Parking bien utile surtout le we.

Die Wohnung bietet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist angenehm über 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Positiv ist die Ruhe in der obersten Etage. Die unmittelbaren Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Der Parkplatz ist genügend groß. Wir haben die Wohnung in ordentlich sauberem Zustand vorgefunden. Der Küchenausstattung würde die Ergänzung eines Brotmessers und einer Pfanne/Topfes mit Griff/Henkel gut tun. Die Töpfe ohne Griff sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, erfüllen ihren Zweck jedoch vollständig.

C'est avec plaisir que nous avons retrouvé Blonville et cet appartement. Nous séjournons agréablement dans cette résidence, calme et si proche de tout... L'appartement nous plaît beaucoup, avec la belle terrasse sur le toit où nous profitons d'un beau soleil cette semaine. Et Audrey nous accueille toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse .... Nous reviendrons, dès que possible !!

Das Apartment ist voll saniert und mit einem schönen Sanitärbereich ausgestattet. Die Möblierung sparsam aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Die Lage gut zum Ort und Supermarkt. Die Dachterrasse war allerdings übel vermoost mit dreckigen Möbeln und lud deshalb nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Blonville sur Mer malgré quelques averses. L'appartement est très bien situé à 5min à pied des plages, c'est l'idéal !!! Nous avons apprécié l'agencement de l'appartement, très fonctionnel. De plus il est rare de trouver dans les locations des machines à dosette (Tassimo). Moderne, convivial et propre, on se sent comme à la maison. Durant notre séjour, nous avons visité Deauville (5-6 min en voiture), Trouville (10min), Honfleur (30min) et Ouistreham (40min). Un livret de prospectus est à disposition dans l'appartement. Grâce à la pluie, nous avons visité le Naturospace à Honfleur (serre tropicale à papillon) et le Grand Bunker à Ouistreham. On espère revenir pour un nouveau séjour afin de découvrir de plus en plus la région. Nous recommandons très fortement l'appartement. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leurs gentillesses.
