Bay View Tower 135 at the Sanibel Harbour Resort: Your coastal oasis awaits! Inspired by the sun, sand and sea, this completely renovated (2017) 1st floor condo is well-appointed with beach tones of sea foam greens and blues. Everything is brand new from the mattresses and bedding, to state-of-the-art appliances, 60 inch HDTV Smart TV in living room, and USB outlets for easy plug-ins. There is a cool seagrass king bed in the master and two cottage twins in the guest. Both rooms are equipped with flat Smart HDTV's. The kitchen is more expansive than most with an under-counter washer/dryer which lends to a more open feel. The lanai is an extension of the open air living space which boasts magnificent Gulf views. Take in the spectacular sunsets while lounging in a comfy outdoor sectional. From the second you walk through the door and see the sandy beach at your footsteps, you will feel relaxed.

My co-workers and I stayed here while we attended a conference at the Marriott resort. There condo was perfect and offered everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. I appreciated that the host contacting me days in advance with instructions. I would stay here again!

Pure Paradise!! The moment we walked in we were in awe of the breathtaking views. The condo was perfect is every way...well stocked with all necessities, beautiful decor, cleanliness, and LOCATION!! Everything we needed was a hop, skip, and jump away..whether it was groceries, restaurants, the private pool and beach, or visiting the amazing Island of Sanibel. My husband enjoyed the easy access to the running paths on the island, and nothing was more relaxing than starting our day enjoying breakfast on the lanai while watching boats and dolphins going by , then ending our day with the most spectacular sunsets! This was my daughter's first visit, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for her...thank you, thank you, thank you!! We can't wait to come back in the near future Thank you SO much from Wisconsin!
