A very private Hacienda style villa inside a walled estate, with the sound of fountains you almost forget you are in town. This charming 4 bedroom Casa is located hillside in Alta Vista just a short walk to popular Los Muertos Beach and all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
With a large heated pool and spacious terrace with breathtaking views of town and the bay this is a great property for outdoor living. There is a covered Terrace with semi outdoor dining and living, plus a wet bar and palapa covered table perfect for playing cards
Many years of our return guests leave rave reviews for meal service and staff. Guests enjoy meals while enjoying a view of the town and bay including almost nightly fireworks. Special details include one of a kind Indigenous folk art, hand woven textiles and blown painted glassware.
The villa features two large master suites & two bedrooms all with A/C, en suite baths and 3 with TV local cable service
