About this apartment rental
Totally remodeled one bedroom apartment, unit features brand new kitchen, new bathroom and floor to ceiling renovation. Located in the heart of South Beach, just one block away from the beach and steps away from all the attractions in the area, the apartment is in a lively area of South Beach!
The brand new kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, deep modern sink, marble backsplash and Italian porcelain. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils.
The bathroom was totally redone with subway tiles shower, and marble shower floor. There are refinished wood floors throughout the living room and bedroom as well. There is a flat TV in the bedroom and another TV in the living room with cable service and WIFI internet is available in the apartment. A sofa bed in the living room offers extra accommodation. The windows are treated with blinds and curtains for extra privacy and darkening to get a good night sleep. The apartment is located in a lively part of South Beach, just one block away from the beach and many attractions. There is a convenient store right outside the building and many stores around the corner and restaurants as well. Note that due to such central location some noise level is expected in the apartment.

The property was very well located just one block from the beach, it was easy to follow the self check in instructions, everything was very clean and it was well equipped. It looks pretty much as per the photos, minus a small amount of wear and tear but nothing major. Once I got the hosts phone number he was really responsive in getting back to me. Only thing to mention would be the noise as it’s on a busy street, the air con is also very loud when it’s running. But I took ear plugs and it was fine. Easy enough to get to from the airport on a direct bus and everything was then walkable from the property.

Very well stocked. Convenient location. You will hear people outside from time to time but this is the happy area, quick and over. Would be back in a heartbeat.

Chose to stay in south beach for our third visit to Miami and were pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It is right next to Ocean Drive and the beach - 2 minute walk - and round the corner from the local bus stop and a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment itself is compact with just enough storage space for a long weekend stay. The inside has been tastefully decorated, kitted out with all the essentials. It was also a bonus to have fresh bed linen to be able to change the bed during our stay and the laundry room downstairs was handy and very cost effective (only $1.25 for a full wash and the same price for the dryer).
Downsides were the extremely noisy neighbours and occasional early morning traffic! The walls seemed to be paper thin but hey ho, not a bad trade off for the positives.
We took the bus straight from the airport to get to the apartment - about a 30 minute ride - and only paid $2.25 each! We did the same to get to the outlet mall and although the ride was over an hour, it was the same price - bargain!! Everywhere else - downtown Miami, beach walk, Lincoln Road cinema, etc - we were able walk to.
Definitely recommend this place ;0)

Located in the heart of Art Deco. 5 min to the beach. Bars, restaurants, shops are just step away. However, very noisy area. Loud music until 4 am right across the street.
