About this villa rental
Ashland Palms is a contemporary and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home. All areas have been upgraded with new flooring, furniture, appliances, quartz countertops and cabinets providing a comfortably stylish accommodation that will meet all of your vacation needs.
The villa is situated within the exclusive Glenbrook Resort on Highway 27 in South Clermont. Glenbrook is a beautifully maintained, refined and quiet community with finely manicured lawned areas and a clubhouse that includes a lounge area, gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, toddlers play area, table tennis, pool table, volleyball area and fishing lake.
We proudly offer our villa as an exceptional, contemporary, clean and fully air-conditioned accommodation, sleeping 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. It benefits from having two distinct living areas. The family room includes a 65 inch Smart TV enabling you to access all of your favourite streaming content. The dining/living area provides an additional lounge seating area as well as a large dining table.
There is a large, remodelled kitchen, benefitting from stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, with a separate breakfast nook seating area. Both a drip and K Cup coffee maker are also provided.
We have one king, two queen and one twin bedroom that have recently been upgraded with new flooring and furnishings, and include a smart TV in each room.
Our games room includes a high quality 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey table and table football.
An additional pool bathroom, allows direct access on to the pool deck area.
Outside there is a wonderful south facing Pool and Spa, that can be heated on request. We are one of only a small number of villas in the resort with a pool deck that incorporates a covered patio/lanai area. High quality and comfortable patio furniture is also provided.
For our guests peace of mind, a monitored security system is also provided along with a safe located in the walk closet in the master bathroom walk in closet.

Overall not a terrible stay but did have an issue. Night one noticed small bugs on kitchen counter, messaged owner that we would reach out to management company next day since it was late. Woken up by son 6am next morning (sun)many bugs were crawling on the iPad and daughter’s glasses on nightstand in their room! Called mgmt immediately! Were told exterminator would come out next day. Mgr did come out same day, I had already went to Home Depot and gotten spray myself. Exterminator didn’t come out until Wednesday when he said it was “baby ants”. Overall communication was good but the bugs are not something we would be willing to deal with again. As mentioned in other posts there is no pantry space so we ended up having to store everything in the refrigerator as we didn’t want any bugs to get into the food or cause any additional ones to come out. Universal was about 45-50 minutes away. Supermarkets, Walmart, and restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub part of pool requires heat be paid for, we didn’t add that and it was colder than the pool.

The house is in a great, safe neighborhood. Centrally located to all the fun and parks, not a far drive at all! Loved the pool and hot tub.
The house is exceptionally clean, lots of room to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms where comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great to cook and use. Great appliances to enjoy, the Keurig and toaster was great daily.
5 stars all the way!

Our choice to stay here definitely exceeded our expectations!!! The pool and hot tub were the kids favorite. The location was safe and having the place secured by alarm was definitely a plus. We would definitely stay here again!!

Good sized, well apportioned home in a comfortable neighborhood.
All amenities inside are new-ish and was the perfect size/fit for our family of 6.
Close enough to the Theme Parks.
The manage meant responded to our requests/questions quickly and professionally.
Would highly recommend to others.
