Clean, spacious apartment with ensuite bathrooms to each bedroom. Late check in was arranged without any fuss and there was a member of the team who helped take all our luggage up in the lift and then showed us what we needed to know about the apartment. On leaving, he also helped bring our luggage down to the taxis. Watchman outside the building was helpful in directing us to the market and shopping area which was within a short walking distance. The team were very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Very professionally run company. Tea and coffee was provided and condiments if you want to do your own cooking. The also had several bottles of filtered water filled and put in the fridge ready for us. One suggestion I made was to supply some sachets of dairy creamer or long life milk pots with the tea and coffee. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others and will likely come back when I'm next in Delhi

Die Lage in Greater Kailash ist sehr zentral, und ich habe mich in dieser Gegend sicher gefühlt. Es ist nicht weit zur Metro, gut sortiertem Supermarkt und Restaurants. Man kann relativ ruhig schlafen, da dieses Viertel nachts verkehrsberuhigt ist. Zufahrtsstraßen werden um 22:00 für den Durchgangsverkehr gesperrt. Security-Personal am Hauseingang. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und zuverlässig. Probleme werden zudem schnell behoben und gelöst. Es gibt eine Dame die auf Wunsch (auch täglich) zum putzen vorbei kommt.

Bezahlung, sowie Kaution ausschließlich in bar. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Es roch zudem ziemlich nach Mottenkugeln, speziell in den Bädern. Auf die Sauberkeit der Küche incl. Geschirr bitte zukünftig weiterhin achten.

The house itself is beautiful. The property was in a good location and safe area. It has all amenities and was comfortable to stay. There was a helping hand provided called Rajashri didi which was a good touch and she was really hardworking and nice. The house was beautiful and every room was equipped with air con and fans which was really needed in that hot weather. The staff called Gaurav ji was brilliant, picked up his phone and tried to solve the issue immediately regardless of the time. There was shops, restaurants and markets in walking distance and even if we didn’t want to use uber then the railway station was really close.

Couple of things but bear in mind the staff really tried to fix it. The lift broke down even though the stairs were nice but with my old parents and at the end getting all the luggages down was quite a struggle. They tried to fix it and also offered to change our house but didn’t like the area they showed us. The bed mattresses , pillows and bed sheet needs TLC which is easily changeable. Sometimes water use to get finished due to the guard forgetting to switch the motor on (trying to put the blame on us that we left the tap open 😂)but it was quickly fixed once informed.
