Nice , stay I will do it again.

Clean room, free parking, easy access to the highway, and the place that I should have gone. The breakfast and the service there was perfect!

The room was noisy, despite my request for a quiet room. But they did the best. The restaurant was at least unusual, offering a kind of fast food, and especially the wine that was served. I was slightly disappointed.

SCAMMERS

I liked the property, but the staff are thieves ! They told me I had to pay a €100 deposit on arrival, I then left the property the next day and checked out and completely forgot to ask for the deposit, so called them later for my deposit back and the lady said she handed me the €100 which is a complete lie. You have cameras in this hotel please send me the footage of you giving me my €100.

We continue our travel with a bad night sleep and broken backs

The only thing I can say was not bad was the free parking

There’s a huge glass wrapped in plastic sitting on the floor outside the main entrance. Overall the inside looks like is not being well taken care of. The bed had a foam layer that I wouldn’t call a mattress The alarm went off at midnight for 15 minutes screaming to evacuate. After walking 10 floors downstairs it was a false alarm and the staff was confused and nervous, with no skills to handle the situation. There were piles of dirty shits sitting in the floor in front of the room every morning The smell in the common areas is not nice The staff feels unprofessional and untrained for the hospitality business

It was very clean and fresh decor. The room was spacious and clean. Large bathroom with a big shower. Again very clean.

Large bed however there was a big dip in the middle, and after an hour of laying on it, it felt I was being swallowed by a hole! I tried to sleep on the edge but it sloped to the middle and in I went! I can imagine it’s how it must feel to be cocooned! Not the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had! Room 804…avoid!

A Great Place to Stay in Delft for Work

The location is excellent if you need to travel to any of Den Haag, Delft, or Leiden as it is right beside the motorway and all are within 10-20 minutes. The breakfast was fine, with plenty of hot or cold options. The room was perfect for a short stay especially the bed which was very comfortable. Also the bathroom in the room was really spacious and nice with a large shower.

The water pressure was a little low sometimes but this could have been as we were on the top floor. There is free parking at the hotel but it is also used for the casino and restaurant downstairs and so it was sometimes difficult to fine a space. Location is great if you have a car but is a bit out of Delft if you are walking/cycling.

I enjoyed the breakfast at the 3rd floor. The style of the room was very comfortable. A warm shower time also helped to relax after the long trip to the hotel.

Unfortunately, there was an accidental leakage of water somewhere at the bottom of the wall in the bathroom. I did not report it immediately before the breakfast, but 2 hour delay made the puddle big enough. I hope that staff managed to fix the issue after we left.

Wonderful room, great staff, amazing brekfast!

The staff are very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The breakfast was the best we had on our 9 day trip the Belgium and The Netherlands. The room was modern and exceeded expectations.

Quality-price ratio is very bad

Parking is free and it's easy to find a spot.

The shower was clogged up, and was leaking in the bathroom... You have 2 minutes to take a shower, after that the shower is full of water and need about 15 minutes to empty. We had a second leak, coming from a wall into the bedroom, making the floor wet just next to the bed. Overall the hotel is not that bad but it's very expensive for what it is. We travel a lot, in Amsterdam or in Belgium we usually have hotels twice as good for half the price.

Excellent and Magnificent!!!

Delicious and variety breakfast, easy access location, the staff friendly and serviceable, Comfort and excellent access to magnificent view to The Hague and delft. Great panorama view from my room and will love to repeat it whenever I book Riva Hotel again.

Not healthy shower water evacuation. Shower water stagnated and created a pool of ditty water. Although it was repaired and not fully resolved. This must be properly and professionally done once and for all.
