Amazing Beachfront Villa

Location and outdoor amenities are absolute top notch. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Everything you need is close by.

The location is great. The house with the private pool was very nice. Good value for money, confortable. The bathroom of the master bedroom was great (with an outside shower). Ben was very helpful (suggested many good restaurants and organization of the transfers and a tour).

The stairs to go to the beach were broken and replaced by a ladder (not very convenient for a 73 years old person). Few cockroaches here and there, as well as spiders web (not easy to clean so high ceilings).

This villa was unbelievable. We met with Ben on arrival and he also was able to arrange our transfer from the pier to the villa which was perfect. The villa itself is so beautiful. We loved having the private pool, and the beach is spectacular. There is a little grocery store across the road that you can pick up essentials for the condo as well. May's restaurant was one or our favorites and just a short walk away. It was just my husband and myself so this condo was a little big for us but we loved the extra private space. We loved the whole experience and would highly recommend it to everyone.

​Tolle Lage, aber dringender Renovierungsbedarf ​Positiv: Die Villa befindet sich in einer absoluten Top-Lage. Die Aussicht und die Umgebung sind fantastisch und genau das, was man sich von Thailand erhofft. ​

​Negativ: Leider ist der Zustand des Hauses sehr enttäuschend. Die Villa ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und es müsste an allen Ecken und Enden repariert werden. Es ist wirklich sehr schade, dass man ein so schönes Objekt so verfallen lässt. Aktuell stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund des mangelnden Unterhalts leider nicht.
