Great place for a short city break, perfect starting point for city sightseeing

The location of the apartment is very good. If you don’t mind that it is an old townhouse in the middle of a busy street (although it is on the 4 floor, so the noises are somewhat muffled), then the location is pure gold. It is just a short walk away from the beach, Kamienna Góra park complex, museums, theatres, marina and Kościuszki square - all these places are available within 10-20 minute walk. The apartment is clean and has basic amenities - clean sheets, towels, cooktop, basic kitchenware. The bed is comfortable and the sofa as well. It is small and probably best for one family unit or close friends as it has one room with kitchen annex and a bathroom, but it has big windows and in no way feels cramped. When travelling with little kids it is important to know that the apartment only offers towels and sheets per adult, but it was really nice that I was informed about it and asked whether I need something for my son - I asked for a pillow and I was given an entire extra set of sheets.

The apartment could use at least a tiny microwave oven. It would be great if they offered an additional hand towel per person on top of the bigger one that they include. And it would be really, really nice if there was a small set of complimentary toiletries. The smell at the entrance of the building is not great, but I expect the owner has no way of controling this as it is a townhouse in the city center. The elevator is an oldie, but it has some charm to it and works just fine. Overall, we had everything we needed and our priority goal which was location was well-met.

Very good apartment for staying there

Very detailed instructions for key. Friendly staff. Convenient location - 15 minutes to SKM, 10 minutes to the sea, 20 minutes to the shopping center. On foot, but you can take a bus also.

There is no sofa for comfort sitting, only beds and chairs, but - One chair was broken (and drawer in the kitchen too).

This little studio apartment was a perfect set up for what we needed! Really enjoyed it.

This was a terrific apartment and David was very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. The location was perfect as we had to access the marina each day and it was a very pleasant walk. Groceries, laundromat and great restaurants/cafes all really convenient. Train station is within walking distance: 15-20 minutes. Great TV, wifi and lots of good storage for clothes and groceries. Terrific shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

Street is busy and can be noisy at night - I had read this in previous reviews so we brought earplugs which helped a lot.

Central location; cafes, restaurants, spas and shopping malls are walking distance. I love the cleanliness and coziness of the place. It is a perfect studio apartment. Bonus part is that the owner replies very quick on your queries and very customer-oriented.

Výborná lokalita, výtah, hezký výhled z bytu, světlo, okolí obchody, restaurace, nedaleko pláž a hned u zastávky trolejbusu

Postel hezká, ale rošty hodně špatné a to nemáme metrák. Designovka, ale radil bych výměnu. V bytě je dusno, když otevřete okno hluk i do tří do rána. Za to ale ubytovaní samozřejmě nemůže. Umyvadlo je hodně vysoko, pro děti nedostižné. Chybí mikrovlnná trouba, kuchyň na velké vaření není. Pánve špatné, loupe se teflon.
