About this house rental
Luxury townhouse condominium in the Forest Ridge development in Lincoln, NH. Five minutes from Loon Mountain. Great vacation spot for every season NH has to offer. Easy walking access to Forest Ridge sports center with indoor and outdoor pool and tennis courts. Townhouse has central a/c, WiFi, cable TV, three floors of living main floor, downstairs and upstairs landing. The Living area has flat screen TV, Bose sound system and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining table that seats 8 comfortably. Outdoor deck with views of the South Mountain and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs includes a master bedroom with a California king size bed, flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There are two other upstairs bedrooms, one queen and one with a full and a single bed with a washer and dryer. The lower level includes family room with flat screen TV . The lower level bedroom has one bunk bed single on top and full on bottom as well as a single bed and a full bathroom. Townhouse also includes a one car garage with ping pong table.

Property was/is spotless and well maintained. There was everything that was needed and felt that the condo was one of the best that we stayed in the Lincoln area

This 3-level townhouse was ideal for my husband and me, our three adult sons, our daughter-in-law, and two year-old grandson.
The property was clean and well stocked.
Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable.
Central A/C and instantaneous hot water were big pluses as was the on-site Sports Club with indoor and outdoor pools.
The location is perfect with lots of family friendly activities in the area.
The host was very responsive to our questions and the description and pics of property were very accurate.
We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others!

While renting this property we had some issues with power outages and no backup generator, no candles, no flashlights . When I contacted the owner , she said there were no flashlights at all. Try to navigate 3 floors in the dark for a few hours. There also wasn't enough information enclosed in the booklet concerning information on what was expected and also how to connect to television and cable. Also ,the pool seemed to be in need of updating. As for cleaning services, for the price I paid, we shouldn't have had to do what was asked of us and they were rude. I have traveled and stayed all over the world. I will be choosing another option next trip, which is in Seattle.
