We were a family of 3 and a family of 4 that rented this property for fall break. (3 teenagers) It was a fantastic stay at this beach house and we cannot recommend it enough. The location is truly unbeatable, just steps from the sand, which made shore fishing and sunset views incredibly easy. The home itself was immaculate. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The attention to detail was evident throughout the house. Communicating with the owners was a complete pleasure. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a seamless and relaxing stay.And the views! The panoramic ocean views from the deck were absolutely amazing and made for the perfect backdrop to our vacation. We truly hit the jackpot with this rental. We definitely will be back!

I recently stayed here in Mexico Beach for 3 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect—right on the beach and just a short walk to several great local restaurants. It made everything super convenient and relaxing. The property was comfortable, and the host was very easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great access to anything you need.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem with White Sands and Small-Town CharmSandy Feet Retreat in Mexico Beach is a true hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The location couldn’t be better—tucked into a quiet, friendly neighborhood with that small-town coastal charm that’s getting harder to find. The private walkout to the beach was a dream—just steps from soft, white sand and the peaceful sound of the waves.The home itself was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly cared for with pride. We loved all the thoughtful touches and great amenities—from a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds to beach chairs and outdoor seating with a view. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was right at our fingertips.Mexico Beach still feels untouched by big crowds, which made our stay even more special. It’s the kind of place where neighbors wave, local shops know your name, and the pace is slow in the best possible way.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—friendly, prompt, and helpful every step of the way. It made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-appointed beach house with private beach access and a touch of true small-town charm, Sandy Feet Retreat is the perfect place.
