5 star , 4 bedrooms all air-conditioned (three en-suite), 4 bathrooms and separate cloakroom, beautiful villa ideal for summer holidays. Large private pool. Overlooking Javea golf course with spectacular views. Large landscaped walled gardens with electric gates. Extremely well furnished and equipped. Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Internet access with Broadband. Prestigious peaceful location with sandy beaches, restaurants, tennis, watersports etc, only 10 minutes by car, supermarket 5mins. Double garage plus extra parking. Electric shutters and security alarm. If you have friends/relatives in the area, ask them to come and view for you, just give us a call to arrange.

The villa was great for our family group. Facilities were really good. En suite bathrooms and air con in all. Reliable WiFi and kitchen well equipped. Couple of small issues which were sorted easily with the villa owner ( gate fob not working and question over linen change over).

From the moment of the pre-booking Susie was willing to answer any questions I had. The day we arrived, Nora received us, she had an excellent deal with us and answered any questions we had. The house is more beautiful than what is seen in the photos, it had air conditioning in the rooms and mosquito nets, the house has very good distribution, is comfortable and has a pool with a barbecue area, excellent to be with friends and family, and the garden area is large. The only bad thing is that at night the entire urbanization is dark since there are no street lamps that give light (but that already falls to the town hall). I'll definitely repeat it.
