There was a mix up on the kind of room I was supposed to recieve but they were more than happy to fix the issue.

We enjoyed our stay. There were plenty to do for our kids. They loved the pool and activities like miniature golf and water park.

Beautiful resort, great amenities, very functional kitchen, comfortable bed, sweet lanai, wonderful view. But what was up with the 1-1/2” gap under all the doors in the facility? We had an adjoining room and could hear their TV and people talking like they were next to us. We thought we had an “odd door”, so we contacted maintenance and they said this is how all the doors are. Sure enough, walking down the hall, every door has a huge gap under it. Never saw anything like it. You could literally see feet walking under the door. I could fit 2 fingers under the door. Really bizarre. I wouldn’t stay here again, just for this fact alone. There was no privacy. No fault of Jake - he was wonderful. Just think this should be stated on the description. If it wasn’t for the doors, I would’ve given this place a 5.
