You can enjoy all the wonderful seasons that Northwest Michigan has to offer from our 2 bedroom condo that offers a private bath for each bedroom and parking spaces right in front. We are located half way between Petoskey and Harbor Springs with only a 5 mile distance to both of their wonderful shopping districts and marinas. In the winter it is less than 7 miles to the ski areas and the winter sports park, and within walking distance of the cross country skiing trails in the park. Summer offers a 2 mile beach in the state park a 12 minute walk, right on Lake Michigan and Little Traverse Bay. The area is full of wonderful inland lakes for fishing. You may want to enjoy one of the 21 golf courses within 20 miles.
Maybe you would just enjoy the sight seeing of all the beautiful lakes and Victorian homes. The shopping districts offer all kinds of unique shops and galleries. Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island and the Bridge is just a scenic 30 miles away. The Charlevoix to Harbor Springs Wheel way trail is just outside our door. For winter skiing we are less than 7 miles to both Nubs Knob or Boyne Highlands ski areas. There are cross country ski trails right next door in the state park. We like this condo complex so well and its location we bought the second one in here. Will rent for a month but not during the busy summer season which is for two weeks max.

Bob and Hazel's place was in a perfect location for our family's ski weekend getaway. The space was comfortable and clean. Our son loved the board games and movies and we watched one of my husband's childhood favorites. Coffee and toiletries were not provided (totally fine, we've just gotten spoiled on other trips and therefore forgot to pack our own, so this is just a heads up for planning purposes).

Overall my impression of the property is negative. Not very clean, hair & dead ants on the all the bathroom floors and some on the floor in the living room by the table lamp. Unit could use some overall cleanup & remodeling. No soap & shampoo provided so bring your own. Luckily we did. Good location & quiet are the positives.
