In a private domain, this recent house of Provençal type spacious and quiet, welcomes you with views of the golf course of Saint-Tropez and the sea at 200m. 5km from the center of Sainte Maxime and 800m from the city of Issambres, boat connections (Port des Issambres) to get to Saint-Tropez (20min crossing).
This house consists of:
- A large living room (living room, lounge, dining room) of 55m2 with television and audio system, giving all along a large south facing terrace,
- Open kitchen adjoining American type,
- Of a parental suite air-conditioned of 15m2 with room of bath and toilet, a bed of 1. 60 with view on the garden (television),
- Of a parental suite air-conditioned of 15m2 with room of shower and toilet, a bed of 1. 60 with sight on sea,
- A double room of 12m2 with shower room and toilet, a bed of 1. 40 with garden view,
In ground garden:
- A double room of 10m2 with shower, a bed of 1. 40
- A small living room with sofa bed
This house is located on landscaped garden of 1200m2 with a saltwater pool (secured by electric curtain), barbecue available and petanque.

Allez-y les yeux fermés !
Quel plaisir de découvrir cette maison, sa décoration, son aménagement cosy, son jardin superbement entretenu avec pins parasols et palmiers. ses terrasses donnant toutes sur la mer, sa piscine et son environnement...conforme à 100% aux descriptifs de l’annonce et aux messages enjoués de la propriétaire.
L’accueil avec une bouteille de rosé au frais, des petits chocolats, des capsules Nespresso sont des petites attentions très appréciables pour se sentir comme chez soi.
Vous pouvez faire énormément d’activités nautiques à pied de la maison ainsi que dans tous les restaurants à proximité.
Calme et sérénité à moins de 200 mètres de la mer dont vous pouvez profiter de la vue du matin au soir !

It is great, when reality is better than expectations!

Squad – Two families (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 kid)
Feedback – you can easily get necessary information at all stages: reservation, check in/out and till all the time you stay in the villa.
In our opinion, villa not only corresponds to description at the site, but in real life it is better than in the photos.
The nearest beach is in walking distance.
You can reach supermarket and restaurant by car in a few minutes.
Villa located in the silent safe place near the San Maxim town. There is a compact territory in the villa, but it is very green, clean and beautiful. The villa is also has a sea view. The swimming pool is comfortable for children. Rooms are very cozy; kitchen is equipped very well.
It was a pleasure to have welcoming present, a bottle of local wine and guest book with recommended places to visit.

We found the villa perfect for our family holiday. Really well appointed throughout, set within a delightful, manicured garden. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip! It was also great to be able to walk to local shopping amenities and of course the Sea!
The owners were very responsive with a plumbing issue that we encountered.
