The mini-villa is located in a quiet residence close to the beaches with a swimming pool and paddling pool heated from April to November and a private enclosed parking area.
The accommodation is a spacious and comfortably furnished 65m² single-storey house with a kitchen, a living room and a terrace with panoramic sea views, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC.
The equipment in the rooms includes:
- For the kitchen, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a sink and cupboards with pans, pots...
- For the living room, a 55cm TV (TNT satellite), a sofa bed (140cm), a coffee table and a sideboard.
- For the terrace, a table, chairs and an electric barbecue.
- For bedroom 1, a 160cm bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
- For bedroom 2, 2 single beds (90cm), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
- For the bathroom, a sink with a cupboard (hair dryer) and a shower.
- Available in a cupboard: a broom, a bucket, a mop, an ironing board and iron, a safe, 2 beach umbrellas.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine à 5 minutes des plus belles plages de Corse, dans un cadre magnifique.
Notre hôte a été d'une grande gentillesse et nous a expliqué ce qu'il fallait visiter dans la région.
Les maisons sont simples mais bien agencées.
La piscine est remarquable.
Mais c'est évidemment le cadre et la proximité de sites prestigieux qui fait tout l'attrait de cette résidence idéalement placée.
Je recommande chaudement ce lieu.

Great location close to numerous beaches. A nice villa in a well maintained small complex. The main pool and children's pool are for all the villas but given there are only a small number of villas we were often the only ones using the pool, particularly the children's pool which was perfect for a toddler.

Fantastico! Posizione comoda e tranquillissima, appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Piscina riscaldata molto apprezzata dalle bimbe per bagno serale. E poi la fantastica compagnia di una cucciolata di gattini...Cristophe gentilissimo!
