Very clean, remodeled house, close to everything! Restaurants, shopping, movies, parks, Lake Erie, Headlands Beach...

New furniture, 55” Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD player and a Samsung sound bar for your enjoyment.

One-story house with three bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen bed and third bedroom has two Full size beds.

Bedrooms have Flatscreen Smart TV's.

House is equipped with High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet.

New Kitchen, new bathroom.
All hardwood floors have been refinished.
New lighting and new furniture and mattresses throughout!

Really clean, comfortable little house very well situated (7-10 minute drive) for main Kirtland historic sites.The AC works great. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with basic dishes, pans, utensils, etc. If you’re with a larger group, the one bathroom might be less convenient, but it worked well with our group of two parents and two teenaged girls.We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed both the home and the neighborhood of this vrbo. It was clean and comfortable, close to Cleveland and Kirtland (our two stops), and there was easy communication with the owner. We would stay here again!

This was the second time we visited this property and the second stay was as good as the first. Needless to say we would not have come back if the first stay had not gone well. The house is clean, well equipped and in a good location. The property owner make the check in and check out procedures smooth as can be and the lock for the property is simple to operate. We stayed for 4 nights to visit family in the area and this home perfectly fit our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights to visit family. The house is like the pictures. The size is good, the beds are good and the furniture are good. However, it was only mostly clean. There were cobwebs at the ceiling above the beds and the refrigerator door handle had leftover food on it. The bedding and towels are lower walmart grade and you get better toilet paper in a gas station. But would I stay here again? It would not be my first pick but yes I would.

Older house that had a lot of updates like new windows, a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, fresh paint and texture on the ceilings. It was clean and comfortable. It is in a well kept neighborhood where we felt safe. There was birds and wildlife in the yard that were fun to see. Great location that’s 5-10 minutes from restaurants and historic Kirtland. There is a driveway and carport, so we always had a parking spot. Washer and dryer work great. There is plenty of towels for 6 people—we really appreciated that. Also plenty of Dishes for 6 people. Great experience. Thanks!

This was a great spacious place for my family to stay at. Lots of room, lots of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware so we could prepare our own meals. Nice and close to historic sites. A grocery store was close and convenient. We would stay here again.

This house is in a great location to Erie Lake and Historic Downtown Kirtland. Each room was comfy with lots of towels and toiletries. There was a TV in every room with a Roku. Kids enjoyed the backyard and catching fireflies. We truly enjoyed our visit.

We had a little trouble with the check in. But the owner Matt and his wife showed up and we work that out. Matt and his wife are super friendly. The house was beautiful, it’s close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the park. The house is very clean, and stocked with everything you will need. Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are really friendly except the neighbor at the corner, she was always standing and staring. When we come back to Mentor we will definitely stay there again.

8 friends on one of our "girl trips". Provided with plenty of towels, great large table that sat 8, and was where we hung out together when in the house. Perfect weather and was able to enjoy Lake Erie beaches and local wineries. Great time. No issues with property owner, even received message from him that house waa ready a hour early!

We came to Cleveland for a family party and instead of getting hotel rooms were we had no room to gather together we decided to book Matt’s house. The house was perfect for us in every way. We had a family outing planned for Cleveland but didn't want to stay right in the city. Matt's place was perfect! Lovely suburb location; quick & easy into the city. The house was sparkling clean with fresh towels laid out on each bed (nice touch!). Beds were clean and comfortable. Livingroom area had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Kitchen was clean and well stocked, even with coffee in the cupboard for us to use! I highly recommend staying here and I would do so again. Thanks Matt, for a wonderful place.

My wife and I brought my elderly mother up for a visit with family and friends she had not seen in years. The home was easy to find and was centrally located for visiting family on the Westside of Cleveland. The home was nicely renovated and well equipped with everything we needed for our visit. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a big screen TV in the living room and flat screen tvs in the bedrooms. Communications with the owners were pleasant and quickly returned. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
