Cozy and spacious house overlooking the Sea and the Mountain from the terrace and balcony, located near the Yath Club Ilhabela and approximately 300 meters from the Center, with all the facilities of the local commercial, in a quiet neighborhood. The house was prepared for wheelchair access with a ramp and wide doors. It has solar water heating system.

• Three rooms available, with split air conditioner (quiet);
• One bedroom with a double bed and two single rooms with two and three
single beds in each. Maximum 7 people.
• Two social bathrooms and a toilet;
• Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, cabinets and

A casa é linda, limpa, arejada, bem equipada. Ivanete, funcionária que nos atendeu é nota 1000 !!!! Tudo estava de acordo com o que foi-nos falado.
