About this apartment rental
In our agritourism you can walk barefoot on a green surface of 5000 m2. The people who normally frequent it are lovers of nature and healthy good living. The furniture has been chosen to make people feel as if they were at home. In the agritourism we perceive a strong energy given to us by the trees surrounding the farm, first of all the immense secular ash tree. The Bio-Agritourism Podere il Leccio inside the garden of environmental and contemporary art Viaggio di Ritorno is a unique place in the world awarded by the most important American television BBC. A few kilometers from the medieval village of Castiglione della Pescaia, it is located in an area rich in culture and popular traditions. Inserted in a scenario of rare beauty, in the frame of an uncontaminated and magnetic nature and a crystalline sea. An ideal place for those who want to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Consiglio questo splendido paradiso di tranquillità a tutti gli amanti delle tradizioni passate che si mischiano ad arte conteporanea, il locale arredato in stile arte povera contadina non fa mancare nessun tipo di confort e si presenta al primo impatto molto curato e pulito.I propietari persone molto cordiali e sempre disposti a rispondere alle nostre domande o esigenze presenza attiva ma mai invadente,veramente persone squisite.Non si rimane delusi di niente lo assicuro!!!!!

beautyful quite place with a great pool and huge olive garden- perfect to relax. Very friendly and helpful owners. no big street close so our dog could run and play with the owners dogs. Very nice furnished and clean appartment. Entire olive garden with huge art sculptures created by the owner Rodolfo. It was a perfect relaxing vacation in a relaxing and quite environment. We hve immediately booked for the next year vacation.
Some basic restaurants and supermarkt in Braccagni - which is the closest village (approx 4 km away). Nice old villages within a few kilometers. To the beach approx 15km. We found a very nice beach close to Marina de Grosseto, (Fiuma Restaurant). Nice Restaurants as well in Castaglione de Pescaia.
So a perfect stay and we can´t wait to come back :-)

Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques dans ce lieux hors du commun... calme, très original, entre Marianne, la baleine et les mutants... sans oublier Hélios !! :) Propriété à voir absolument! Et prenez vos vélos! -:) la région s'y prête..
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!
