In our beautiful, quiet Bungalow neighborhood is a contemporary, two-bedroom, single-bath bungalow with great panoramic views at the Pacific Ocean!
Gaze out at the ocean while sipping coffee and doing emails from the kitchen counter. Or enjoy watching the macaws nest in the almond tree well you relax in the hammock on the porch. Enjoy watching the Surfers come in and out of the tubes on the waves crashing right out in front.
The master bedroom boasts a high-end king size mattress while the second bedroom offers three individual beds to comfortably sleep five people in total.
The beautiful, newly remodeled bathroom will give you the feel of a high-end spa. There is a kitchen fully-stocked with amenities, a washer & dryer, and air-conditioning throughout.
Amenities include high speed internet connection, brand-new flat screen TV with cable, and a gas barbeque on the deck.

The most amazing location. Stunning views, we spent hours chilling on balcony watching the surf. The beach opposite is amazing. Miles of unspoilt coast which is very quiet -we had it to ourselves a few times. The waves are BIG, current is strong and there are riptides, but we love dipping in waves -just meant we didn’t go in alone or deep. The house and grounds are lovely but inside it is basic. It would benefit from a deep clean and there are only a couple of glasses (other than that it’s plastic cups), no bread knife, well worn chopping boards, no coffee /sugar /dishwasher tablets etc to get you started. Would I book it again, yes, it really is a special location. But it would have been useful to know you need to take everything with you!

Perfect house and location if you are interested in staying near Playa Hermosa. Be prepared for very hot, very humid weather. The good news is the house has great air-conditioning!

What an amazing time. The house was great, actually bigger than expected. The view was AMAZING. I urge you to try sunrise swim/surf sessions. Hugo and Brian were great.They made everything so easy. We walked down the beach to Bowies, Vida Hermosa & Vista Hermosa for meals. They were all great. Pizza Pata was really good & they deliver! We're already planning a return trip! Pura Vida
