Charming villa in the countryside of Monopoli, in the heart of Puglia with living stone walls and century-old Olive trees. The property is made out of an unique areas, with a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, allowing the Villa to welcome up to 5 guests: it distances just 7 km from Alberobello, the world known Trulli capital a UNESCO protected heritage site, and just 8 km away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Capitolo.
This villa accomodation in Puglia is an authentic icon of the Apulian style. The villa has been fully redefined -on the basis of the quality standards and has been furnished in an elegant and stylish way.
Trulli are composed by a living room with fireplace, one large matrimonial bedroom, one bedroom with single beds, joinable if you prefer, and one fully equipped bathroom with shower and washing machine. Then we have a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer.
The peace and quiet of trullo is assured by the distance from other properties and by the vast outdoor area, estimated one hectare, rich of century old olive trees and fruit trees of all kinds; of which figs, pears, cherries and almonds trees. An adjacent pavilion laying over the outdoor table and BBQ area, allows guests to lunch and dine outdoors.
All made possible thanks to Fiorenza, the owner and factotum of the Villa (who lives occasionally next to the trulli with separate access): the well taken care of green grass, while the most colorful flowers surround as decorating frames the Fruit trees.
This villa is located in a private rural area and guarantees maximum privacy. The trullo is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in connection with nature and with the typical greens of the Mediterranean scrub, in a territory that lends itself well to long walks or bike tours. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays in complete relaxation: a romantic honeymoon or rather a special anniversary at any time of year, thanks to the heating in every room increasing the comfort of your stay.

Appena conclusa una settimana bellissima, posto curato pulito e fornito di tutto, posizione perfetta tra il mare e centri storici, silenzio e aria pulita, non potevamo chiedere di più. Grazie Fiorenza!

Es war einfach himmlisch wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt
Von Fiozensa und Angelo wurden wir liebevoll empfangen und auch während des ganzen Aufenthaltes betreut. Wir bekamen viele gute Tips für Besichtigungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants.
Alleine schon nach dem Empfang mit regionalen Spezialitäten musste man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Ganz besonders empfehlenswert ist dabei die selbstgemachte Forchetta - einfach köstlich.
Die Athmosphäre in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Trullo ist einmalig.
In dem sehr schönen Garten gibt es viele schöne Plätze die zum sitzen einladen..
Der Trullo liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung und bietet dementsprechend Erholung pur.
Und da sind da auch noch Lullu und Bella - zwei verspielte junge Katzen die einem sehr schnell ans Herz wachsen.
Wir hatten hier 2 ganz tolle Wochen in einer einmaligen Unterkunft in angenehm ruhiger Umgebung mit sehr herzlichen Vermietern.

Un séjour dans une très jolie propriété très bien entretenue, fleurie, propice au repos , nous avons découvert le trulli avec ravissement, Bella et Loulou les chats de la propriété nous ont tenus une agréable compagnie toute la semaine et enfin les propriétaires ont été au petits soins pour nous et nous on chaleureusement accueillis, nous attendais figues fraîches et raisins du crus, je vous conseille sincèrement cette location que je conseillerai à mes amies en rentrant en France
