Sapphire Springs Holiday Park and Thermal Pools

That was a great experienced to stay in one of their cabin. So relaxing to soak in their hot-tub in the morning and swim in their big swimming pool.Quite and peaceful with the sounds of chirping birds in the morning.Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The beds are not the comfy for us.

Our room was the perfect size for our family, had awesome facilities for us and our children, they enjoyed playing on the playground, exploring the entire grounds and swimming in the pools until closing time, everything we needed was in close range, the kitchen and eating area were a perfect size for our big family that stayed here, everything was always clean. So handy having a little store inside reception, and katikati township is only a 5 min drive away. absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely be back again.

The staff is very nice and does their job very well.

Very disappointing experience. We paid $84 NZD for one night, and the cabin didn’t include anything — no bathroom, no kitchen, no running water, no linen, no pillows, no cooking utensils, not even cutlery. There was only a huge shared bathroom, and you had to pay $2 for a hot shower. I tried to take one after a long day of driving, but the shower never worked even after paying. Imagine arriving tired, just wanting a hot shower to relax — and it’s impossible. For the same price, you can easily find much better places that offer everything this one doesn’t. Definitely not worth it.
