die Lage wobei die oberen Etagen empfehlenswerter sind. Das Hochparterre ist etwas unruhig und der Meerblick etwas eingeschrönkt.

Die Lage war topp, man konnte vom Frühstück aus die Schiffe beobachten, und auf das Meer schauen, den Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend beobachten.

Die Aussicht war sehr schön, und für mich alleine war die kleine Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend.
Ich kann nichts Negatives sagen. Lediglich Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend vorhanden.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Apartment hat im Gegensatz zu anderen Häusern KEINEN freien Blick auf die Förde wegen Bäumen und einem Restaurant. Die Renovierung wurde nur "halbherzig" vorgenommen (Kachel überstrichen, bei denen die Farbe wieder abblättert). Balkon / Dusche sind in den Ecken nicht sauber gewesen.
