La Terrazza di Casarico

Super awesome and cozy place! The view is just incredible, it was so relaxing to just sit on the terrace and look down to the lake. Lorenzo was also super helpful and in the house you have everything you need. One small tip, if you plan to stay for a longer period make sure to buy some groceries in advance since in the village there are not many shops and the house being on a top of a mountain it will make your life easier

Nothing to mention. Everything was fine, one small note for people travelling by car: we came with a 2024 RAV4 and it just fit into the parking space which is small, so a bigger car than that might be harder to get parked

Lorenzo was a brilliant host, so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was ideal for 3 of us for a week on Lake Como. In a beautiful location with a balcony view to die for! Self catering kitchen made it easy for us to make breakfast and dinner ourselves and sit out and enjoy the view. Everything was clean and the apartment came with basic toiletries, hair dryer, basic kitchen items which were handy. Moltrasio itself is a lovely town, the apartment is nice and quiet set back from the main road.

Nothing to say! Only the final stretch of road to the apartment is narrow and the parking spot is tight to get a large car on. But we managed fine and after 7 days we were pro's at parking and reversing off the drive ;)

Firstly, Lorenzo is an absolutely amazing host. From offering a lift from the station to meeting us upon arrival to show us the parking and then explaining how public transport works, restaurant recommendations & good places to visit. He is incredibly friendly and full of great stories. The apartment has everything you need, we loved the view especially and that’s what drew me towards this apartment. The view is worth the steps & Moltrasio is a beautiful place to stay with its own little quirks. The ferry port is very quiet too which is nice after seeing the queues for the other towns. It is easy to walk to down some steps and a couple steep hills but please only do this if you are good at walking or have a car lol! But you will end up going back home healthier that’s for sure. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed from the nice kitchen to the big bathroom. It was a beautiful place to call home. We will be back!

It is high on the hill and you must be fit to walk there. Every time you need something you’ll have to plan ahead .
