    If you can improve by imforming the guests buy not making passage noise every time and at any time when they go in and out of their rooms. There is no peacefull sleep anymore

    Housekeeping staff needed to be reminded to close the room window after cleaning the room twice returned and found a raven in the room. Thankfully the night manager changed our room due to bird poop

    Bad internet, cold water, spent an entire day without water to bath at some point. Such a disappointing hotel. Wouldn’t recommend at all
