More than 1000 sq ft of decking provides ample space to relax outdoors in the summer or to build a snowman in the winter. Enjoy a hike to the river or Chilnualna Falls; visit the Wawona library and historic pioneer town, have dinner at the nearby Big Trees hotel and golf course. The home had fun character and all that we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and location was perfect for our needs! It is much in need of deck furniture. Benches literally falling apart and picnic benches left wood and splinters in our clothing. We had to take dining chairs to the deck. The carpet sorely needs replaced. Many homes don’t have AC but we had several fans. If you have asthma or COPD I would rent somewhere with AC. Overall a nice home and loved that it was near a falls!

Pros:1. The home was very clean.2. The location is inside the park.Cons:1. The teak outdoor dining set is not well maintained and needs to be sanded.2. The home has does not have air conditioning (this really should be listed in the description). Additionally, the home has very poor air circulation and a small amount of working windows.3. The patio door in the master bedroom does not have a screen.With all provided fans running and windows open, the inside temps stayed above 85 degrees well into the night and early morning hours.
