Looking for the ultimate family vacation spot? Welcome to OHANA – a place where good memories, games, hugs, love, and smiles come standard.
This fully serviced beachfront villa sleeps up to 12 guests. Our talented chef and friendly housekeeping team are here to make sure you can truly relax while enjoying the gorgeous Placencia beachfront. Plus, there are 4 smaller units available on the same property, rented separately (also sleeping up to 12 in total) , just ask if you need more space!.
The Space
Nestled on 0.75 acres of lush, landscaped grounds with 170 palm trees, OHANA sits directly on the soft sands of Placencia beach. Your tropical escape comes complete with:
A mirror effect swimming pool
Pool table, foosball, darts
2-hole minigolf course
Climbing wall, beach volleyball court
Kayaks, paddle boards, and beach games
Hammocks for that perfect siesta
Relax in a hammock, sip a fresh cocktail, and let the tropical breeze and the sway of palm trees lull you into vacation mode.
We’re at the northern end of Placencia’s famous village sidewalk – the most charming way to explore, and just a short stroll to restaurants, supermarkets, and dive shops.

Perfect location - 250 feet of sandy beach in front of our property, far enough from the noisiest spots in the village to enjoy a quiet and safe environment, yet close enough to walk to the bars, restaurants and shops when you feel like, in only a few minutes by the sidewalk or by the beach.

Guest Access
You’ll have full and exclusive access to the entire house and grounds:
Pool, loungers, and hammocks
2 holes of Minigolf, climbing wall, pool table, foosball
Kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach toys
Spacious garden and beachfront
Chef & Housekeeping
Our Chef/Bartender is at your service to whip up delicious meals and refreshing drinks. Grocery shopping is handled for you (with a 20% shopping fee), and the Chef has an impressive menu. He can also customize menus to suit any cravings or dietary needs—just let him know!
Housekeeping is included to keep things tidy so you can focus on making memories.

Our stay at Ohana was wonderful! The hosts were extremely communicative and helped us coordinate transportation to and from Belize City. The property was immaculate and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Our chef, Damion, was amazing and made the most delicious meals (still dreaming of his breakfast burritos!). Our group has 7 adults / 2 children and the property was great for toddlers. Perfect in every way!

11 days of sunshine, ocean breezes, and unforgettable memories. Chef-prepared meals, a beautiful beachfront home, and days filled with volleyball, golf, swimming, rock climbing, golf cart rides and more. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and made our experience even more special. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Our family of 11, including 3 generations, spent a week at Ohana-Pikni Beach House and one of the adjoining houses. The main house was spacious and well maintained. The pool area is exactly as pictured and was enjoyed by all of us. The staff was on site daily to clean and straighten up both the inside and the dining and pool areas. The owners were easy to contact when needed. Our chef, Damian, was extremely personable and accomodating. He made delicious traditional and Belizean meals, even cooking the fish our guys caught. He also offered suggestions of things to do and places to visit during our stay. We used the other activities available on the property, especially the kayaks/paddle boards, volleyball court, and the bags and outdoor Jenga games. The indoor pool and foosball tables were a great distraction on the two days of our trip it was raining (I know--it's not supposed to rain in March!). We had a wonderful trip just being together, and Ohana-Pikni Beach House was a great choice for our family.

Fantastic place for a family vacation. Easy walking access to village. Beautiful accommodation with beachfront and private pool, and other games on site. Quiet and relaxing with wonderful staff including chef that cooked delicious meals accommodating for dietary preferences and allergies. Highly recommend if you want a fun relaxed private environment to enjoy time with family.
