About this house rental

We are starting in June 2012, the new owner Wielewaal and we would be delighted to welcome Gasten.

The house, just behind the dunes, is almost in the center of Schagen. The end of March 2013, the house totally renovated. It has views of the dunes in the house. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 very good Dopplebetten (160x200) and with extra thick mattresses, a new bathroom with toilet and shower, a very complete, new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and all new furniture and a central heating and FREE WIFI internet connection. The house has a large private enclosed garden with a beautiful garden House for Boll cars and barbecue. Also from the terrace you have a view on the dunes.

You will feel very well in this totally renovated house. Guests will then be very excited about the very complete, comfortable house, the beautiful fenced garden and the great location.

You will be amazed.

Surroundings:
Callantsoog is very popular throughout the year. The surrounding area is very varied. In spring the flowers bloom everywhere fields. Just off Callantsoog is the nature reserve Het Zwanenwater connects. There are very good bike paths and you can make beautiful trips. By Car main points of interest can be reached.

Golf information: In the neighboring Julianadorp (7 km) is a 9-hole golf course. In Alkmaar (30 km) even a 18-hole course is playable. In addition, there are other golf courses in Noord-Holland.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus. Die Information zur Schlüsselübergabe war bei mir nicht angekommen, aber wir haben den Vermieter sofort erreicht, der es dann erklärt hat. In dem größeren Schlafzimmer gab es fliegende Ameisen, aber auch die entsprechenden Mittel, sie zu bekämpfen. Auf einem Kopfkissen waren noch fremde Haare. Das sollte nicht, aber kann mal passieren. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Wir fanden es gut, dass der Garten nicht einsichtig war, wie bei den meisten Häusern in der Nachbarschaft. Sollte das Haus zu einem zukünftig geplanten Urlaub in Callantsoog frei sein, kommen wir gerne wieder. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall auch weiter empfehlen.
