This spacious, modern apartment is located in a quiet side street near a supermarket, a butcher and a wine and liquor store, as well as the city center.
The apartment is about 45 m2 for up to three people. It is 150m from the sea and 500m from the center. The apartment is on the first floor and is ideal for a vacation for the family with one child (3 people in total).
It has a sleeping area with a large double bed on the gallery, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom with sink and shower. In the living room is a corner couch where a child can sleep. There is an exit to the balcony with a beautiful view of the trees, flowers and bushes. Air conditioning, satellite TV and Internet (WI-FI) are available.
In the yard there is also a grill that you can use.
