Castellammare del Golfo is a important resort in Sicily, with its famous castle, the thermal baths, the harbor and marina, the rocky coast, the white sand beaches, beautiful landscapes, sports facilities. The house is well maintained and has a beautiful garden and a large terrace. It is situated in a quiet location only 700 mt. far from the city center.
You can taste various cuisine of Sicily, such as cous cous (Arab specialty).
Castellammare del Golfo is an excellent starting point to visit as soon as possible to various places, for example:
Temple of Segesta, Agrigento, salt pans of Trapani, Erice, hiking in the National Park Zingaro, small islands, the Arab market of Palermo 'The Vucciria' wine trails and much more.
There are also possibilities for sports such as:
swimming, diving, surfing, hiking, sailing, horseback riding, mountain bikes, tennis, canoes, and more ...
the house as well as being just 700 meters far from the city center, it is 900mt from the beach, and 200 meters from the shops, restaurants, supermarkets and etc ... Also the airport is 35 km far from Palermo,from Trapani 50km. The apartment has a kitchen-living room with gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, a living room with sofa bed, TV, bedroom with double bed and on request baby cot or single bed, a bathroom with tub / shower, bidet, WC.
the squaring of the house is 100 square meters for up to 6 persone.the garden is for the exclusive use of the tenant.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Für 2 Personen reicht die Unterkunft vom Platz völlig aus. Der der auch deutsch sprechende Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Auch das Parken vor der Haustür war kein Problem. Es ist ein schöner Platz, um Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung zu machen. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen gut erholen können.
The house was situated very clean and quiet. For 2 persons accommodation ranges from the site entirely. Also of the German-speaking owner was very friendly and accommodating. Shops are not far away and easily accessible by car. Also, parking outside the front door was no problem. It is a beautiful place to make excursions into the surrounding environment. We have a good rest to us within two weeks.

"Appartement en rez de chaussé spacieux, belle terrasse, situé à proximité des principaux sites toutistiques de la région. Supermarché accessible à pied.Le propriétaire, qui habite au dessus de l''appartement, est sympathique et discret. seule bémol : pas d''eau chaude dans la cuisine et la chambre des parents donne sur une rue bruyante, avec beaucoup de circulation, même la nuit"

"Logement très bien situé car proche de lieux intéressants (Ségeste, réserve de Zingaro, Erice, Trapani; ...). Accueil parfait. Un bémol : l'équipement basique du logement et l'absence de "fond de ménage" : pour trois jours, nous avons dû acheter du sel, de l'huile, ..."
