About this villa rental
If you want to experience lush Mediterranean environs coupled with breathtaking sunset views, then Olive tree Villa is your kind of place. Situated in the area of Alikandros, a 10 minute-drive from the port of Batsi, it was recently built in accordance with the precepts of the local architecture but also blends successfully new design trends. Olive tree Villa can accommodate up to eight guests, in two totally independent housing units.
The main villa covers a total area of 150 s.m. in one level and is suitable for 4 guests. It encompasses an open plan kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace and a dining table, two bedrooms and two brightly coloured bathrooms. All doors open to a wide veranda, where much of the summer-life takes place. A stone kiosk protects the big wooden outdoor table and the built-in BBQ from the desires of the north wind called “ Meltemi”. Whether starting your day with a typical Greek breakfast or ending it with a hearty BBQ, the veranda will become the epicenter of your summer days and the point of departure for your daily trips around the isle.
A fully furnished studio with an independent entrance, situated ten or so exterior steps under the main unit offers complete privacy. At a bit over 60 square meters and able to accommodate 4 guests, it is in essence a separate petit villa which consists of a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The sitting area, with a double futon next to fireplace, may serve as the second bedroom. The stone tiled veranda with the built-in stone table is the ideal place to end the day, sipping local wine while watching the sun disappear into the deep blue of the Aegean.
Undoubtedly, what makes this house unique is its exterior sitting areas and its lush Mediterranean garden. Plenty of olive trees, a couple of bougainvilleas and a plethora of indigenous plants surround the houses and the verandas, in an extraordinary estate of 4.000 s.m.

We were 3 adults and 2 children of age 10 and 12 and stayed at the Olive Tree House. We enjoyed the time spent in the morning and evening at the house, the view is amazing and the quietness very relaxing. The house has a lot of open spaces and is well equipped and furnished.

Everything from the communication before check in to our departure was outstanding. Could not have asked for a more beautiful, clean and hospitable location. It felt like coming to a family home that was much loved and brilliantly designed.
One could just come sit and stare at the ocean view and never leave the veranda, and feel complete with their stay on Andors.
Look forward to returning one day.

We have been in Andros at Olive Tree House from 10 to 20 august, we were 4 adults and three children (11, 9 e 7).
There are few words to describe the house and the view: absolutely fantastic!
The house is well finished, very clean, elegant, quite (you will hear just the sound of the wind) and when you arrive you cannot believe that everything is better than the photos…you have to go there to understand the beauty of the house and location, it's like a dream!
You will reach the house following a road trough olive trees, figues tree and always looking at the sea and a group of Islands: weaking up everyday with that sight is something that you’ll never forget.
Everything is in the nearby: beaches (almost 4 different beaches with pebbles or just sand), restaurant, market (ten minutes by car), but if you don’t mind driving, you can also reach other marvellous beaches and village in 20/30 minutes by car.
But, most of all, we appreciated Paulina and her family: Paulina was so kind, she managed in hosting us also if we were well in advance in checking time (we arrived at 11 and the check in was at 3), Kostas (Paulina’s father) has been so kind, he helped us when we had a problem with the rented car and spended all the afternoon with us, almost everyday he sent a message to inform us about the weather conditions and to suggest the best place to go (his advices has been so precious), he has been so helpfull and kindhearted, he’s a special person.
