It’s s lovely house from the 20’s, very big and spacious The interior is cozy and inviting Our room was cute and the bed comfy The Bathroom had a great shower with lovely smelling toiletries We enjoyed sitting out in the porch and also having breakfast together with other guests as well as our brief chat with the hosts

There is nothing not to like

Milly and Bill are clearly experienced hosts. We had a fantastic stay at theirs - a lovely space for 2 couples (with a shared bathroom between us), the MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and delicious and thoughtful breakfasts. All the comforts of home in a stunning location. The local tips and recommendations were much appreciated too. Thank you!

The breakfast was very healthy and limited on the first morning. The second morning was hot with eggs and sausage offered, multigrain toast and butter. The tea was excellent and the sugar substitute was natural and satisfying.

The items for breakfast were very wholesome but other options may have made the experience more enjoyable.

Super comfy bed, balcony was nice. Blankets were amazing. Shower was good.

The hosts could not read social cues. They are seemingly lovely people, who are very passionate about their interests and their business. They had troubles recognizing when tenants were not interested or wanted to be left alone. They interrupted another guest multiple times to tell a story that has no relevance to the conversation at hand. We felt on eggshells the entire time because we didn’t want to hurt their feelings by telling them we just wanted to be left alone. Their intentions seem wholly pure and they were very kind people. The execution however left something to be desired.
