Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Man kann es sich richtig gemütlich machen. Gute Ausstattung der Küche inkl. Spülmaschine. Es gibt auch eine Waschmashine mit der Möglichkeit die Wäsche auf dem Balkon zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Zentral gelegen gleich neben einem Sparmarkt. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und weitere Läden gut erreichbar.
Schöner Blick vom Esstisch auf den kleinen Hafen.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung durch Lara, die Kontaktperson der Wohnung.
Freundliche Kommunikation vor und während dem Aufenthalt.
Es ist gut zu wissen, einen Ansprechpartner in der Nähe zu haben.
Wir können die Wohnung auch an eine Familie mit Kinder empfehlen, da Zimmer sehr geräumig sind.
Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
Leider kamen ein paar Stechmücken rein, wenn man abends gelüftet hat. evtl. würde ein Fliegengitter helfen, aber das ist nur eine kleine Sache.

Sehr netter unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, zudem sehr entgegenkommend! Das Appartement ist sehr groß und uns hat es an gar nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung, die Lage, der Balkon ist alles so, wie es beschrieben ist bzw. auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, was für uns super war. Die zentrale Lage war für uns prima und die Straße hat gar nicht gehört, wer da sehr empfindlich ist - es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus.
Wir können hier keine Punkte nennen. Der Preis lag eigentlich über unserem Budget, aber die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern auch eher für 6 Personen und nicht für 3 ausgelegt. Insofern ist uns ja auch klar, dass wir das mitbezahlen müssen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber in allen 3 Schlafzimmern, somit nicht wirklich ein Problem.

The apartment was wonderful - spacious and airy with more than ample room for our clothes etc. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe including shelving. The walk in shower was 110%. The apartment is tastefully decorated with enough crockery etc for 12 people! The large larder fridge also has a freezer compartment - and there is a hairdryer not previously mentioned. The apartment is situated between a lovely bakery /patisserie and a fabulously stocked SPAR shop which caters for everything from very good wines, deli, dairy to all other basics. Both shops a very short walk. The apartment overlooks the marina harbour and across to the free car park. There is also a large free carpark behind the building. Sitting on the balcony many an hour is idled away people watching. Across from the apartment is a good restaurant for fish and fresh pizzas. The town boasts many many wonderful restaurants and it is also a shoppers paradise (ladies!).
Lara who is the caretaker is an absolute star. She was so helpful and looked after us more than was necessary as we required translation duties for pharmacy. She carried out her role as "care" in caretaker and it was comforting to know she was there to assist if we needed her.
Our stay in St Florent was delightful and we were very pleased we chose this lovely apartment for our holiday stay. The huge added bonus was knowing Lara was on hand to provide support/information if we required it.
We thoroughly recommend this attractively decorated well equipped apartment.
