The actual property inside is pretty nice. Has all you may need including washing machine, fridge etc. Well furnished, nice big tv and wifi.

The company they use to do their property management are absolutely awful. The address provided was completely wrong, when I rang up what was supposed to be the owner it was answered in a noisy call centre. you could choose 3 languages to speak to someone in but the people you got put through to were obviously non native speakers. Employee at the call centre said he couldn't tell me the location as we hadn't paid, this even though booking.com say PAY AT THE 'HOTEL' and payment in cash was fine. this is now an hour after check in and we are pretty tired. so after waiting 15-20 mins he calls back and sends me the address then asks for my credit card details over the phone - sounded very sketchy so i declined. the place is down a tiny muddy alleyway that won't even fit a pushchair through. Waited for someone to come the next day to pay and no one came or answered their number, he rang me back later and asked for my credit card details again, again I politely declined. now it seems like the balance has been taken off the credit card used as a deposit to Booking.com - which I of course never authorized. I Anyone slightly sneaky thing is they advertise a cheap rate on Booking.com so they can come near the top o the search results but there is a 6000 yen cleaning charge, kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth
