Cool place for holidays with family and pet!
Exceptional sea view, access to the private beach, good facilities provided by the owner, great stone oven for making fish on grill.
Mosquitoes were a bit annoying sometimes.

Your own beach house :)
House & own garden & your own beach together - just perfect. Nearby several restaurants (in walking distance 2-3 only, but by car in 10 minutes you can reach a lot).
The smallest room is very small - the house is comfortable for maximum 3 adults + 2 kids I think. The inner doors are closing etremely loud :)

Direkt am Meer,tolle Aussicht. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Man zahlt hauptsächlich für den Ausblick.
Der Zugang zum Strand war schön. Allerdings sehr steil, besonders für ältere Leute. Der Ausblick ist aber schön und wir haben sogar Delfine vorbei schwimmen gesehen.
Sehr viele Ameisen, Käfer und Spinnen! Auch die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem. Der “Parkplatz” ist sehr steil. Platz ist nur für ein Auto.

Soukromi a klid se super vyhledem
Prijemny, zabydleny domek, ktery poskytuje zejmena prijemne soukromi a more doslova na dotek. I pri vareni v kuchyni koukate na krasne more. Pohodlne postele, gril, stinna i slunna mista okolo domu, klid u more pod domem, kde prochazi minimum lidi (protoze je plaz na druhe strane opticky uzavrena). Vstup do vody klasicky skaliskovy, ale prizpusobeny a ok. Krasny vyhled na Piran a italskou cast pobrezi v dalce.
Sjezd autem az k domu je strmy, chce to trochu sikovnosti a u vozidla s prednim pohonem kopec nahoru spis couvat + mit v aute dobrou spojku :-) Pokud to ale nejde, muzete nechat auto nahore na ulici, coz je rozdil 10 metru.
