About this house rental
Scenic, wooded property on Lake Michigan with access to the water and secluded feel. The last house on a cul de sac gives you a private feel. Midway between Petoskey and Charlevoix for easy access to all of Northern MI's best. Short drive to Boyne City, golf courses and ski areas. Or just spend the day on the lake, kayaking, spotting bald eagles, and more! Amazing sunsets will cap off your perfect lake day.
In winter, we are 30 minutes from Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, and Boyne Mountain. Cozy apres ski feel with the fireplace on and snow falling outside!

This was our 4th time at this property and it was lovely! It has definitely become a home away from home. We are already looking forward to next year's trip.

What a beautiful location and a lovely home! We loved the easy access to Lake Michigan and the availability of the kayaks. The house had everything we needed, and our host could not have been more accommodating. I hope we can return to this lakefront home before too long!

The location and grounds are great…quiet, wooded with water views through the trees. Has a beach but rocky and sloped to the water’s edge so need to be sure-footed! Plenty of seating outside…chairs, two dining sets. Nice to have a fire pit!The house could have been cleaner…outside had not been cleaned (very dirty) but contacted the local person listed and he promptly came out and cleaned the decks and furniture (did a good job)! Inside the house, laundry room, refrigerator not clean. Sprayer on kitchen sink is broken, the dining room slider does not lock. Broken towel bar upstairs and downstairs toilet not adhered to base. The furniture in the living room is difficult to use… hard to stand from sitting position as couch and chairs are low and worn to soft. Dining room chair arm is broken. No place to hang clothes upstairs. This is a nice home in a great location with a small private beach. It just needs attention.
