About this house rental

Gated community, 3 bedroom townhouse, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps seven, 5 miles from downtown Naples and Marco Island, close to a number of beaches, community private pool and workout gym, very clean, screened porch with eating space, washer/dryer, 2 queen size beds in 2 bedrooms and full bed in another along with a new sleeper sofa and new carpeting in all bedrooms and up the steps. Ideal location to rent for 1-4 months during the winter months. Modern appliances, close to shopping and the beach. Lots of places to see and go. Great restaurants close by and a number of shopping malls. This newer development is close to 41 and Collier. Interior was recently remodeled. Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range along with cooking pots and pans, glassware etc are furnished.

My husband and I had a wonderful time spending the entire month of February in Naples. Weather was beyond fantastic averaging between 82-90 degrees every day. The location of the condo is very good, close to Publix and other necessities. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Pool and clubhouse on the property was also a plus after spending day at beach. There are numerous golf courses in the area so this is also a benefit to the location. Condo is equipped with beach accessories (Wagon, Umbrella, Chairs, Towels) which is a HUGE plus! We ended up spending most of our time on Marco Island which is a short 10 minute drive to the island. Downtown Naples (5th Ave ) with incredible restaurants and shopping is also close by but traffic can be challenging during peak times. Overall it was a fantastic stay and you cannot beat the location for golf, beach and dining out.
