About this house rental
Come ski and relax in our beautiful townhome located within walking distance to Mount Snow! We are located in a quiet private neighborhood within the Mt. Snow resort. We are a short 5 minute walk or there is a free Moover Bus that runs every 15 minutes at the bottom of the loop.
Our main level features a spacious living room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, eat in kitchen with a table for 8 and a beverage center to chill your wine. There is a full bathroom located in the hall and a wonderful gear room which includes an 8 boot dryer and changing area.
The upper level features 3 bedrooms. First is the Primary bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The second is a bunkroom where the kids like to hunker down featuring two queen over queen bunks. Third is the "bear cave" a fan favorite nestled off to the side featuring a full bed.
Our lower level offers a bedroom with a King size bed and a bunkroom with two twin over full beds. There is a second family room with sectional couch and large tv, one full bath, laundry facilities, and access to hot tub and outdoors.
We will consider small dogs as we are a pet-friendly family ourselves.
We require a 2-night minimum stay and request the booking party be 25 years of age or older.

Had a great time staying at the Cozy Mount Snow townhouse. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was extremely clean and comfortable for our large group - two families with 3 kids each! Super close to the Mountain!

Great stay for our ski/snowboarding trip! Exactly the way the property is listed is how you will find it at check in. 5 minute walk to the mountain, the home is very comfortable and accommodating. Great side room to store your riding gear (boot warmer was a great addition!) plenty of room with three floors and comfortable rooms. Can’t wait to come back for another trip.

Ski cabin was a short walk to Mt. Snow which has summer hiking and mountain biking. Wilmington has many good restaurants and the reservoirs (Harriman and Somerset) have beautiful clear water for swimming.

Excellent location, large , beautiful Townhome. My family loved it, had every amenity. The hot tub was a plus! We enjoyed it so much!
