Очень уютные апартаменты, приветливый хозяин, который все объясняет, всегда на связи, свободно владеет русским языком. Огромная веранда, панорамные окна, два кондиционера. Чистота и порядок. Впервые за мои поездки в апартах проводили уборку с заменой полотенец и белья при проживании около недели. Мне понравилось, буду иметь в виду в случае следующих поездок!

Единственное чего не хватает - возможно стиральной машины, но я знал, что ее нет и неудобств мне это не доставило

The room was spacious and clean. It has a big veranda to sit and relax. There is parking available.

The area is really quiet and that is a downside a bit because there is no shops around only some restaurants. But is it not a problem because we used Bolt food app to order on line and it was delivered promptly so food and drinks sorted. Being a quiet area is hard to get transport like bus or taxi but the owner is really kind and gave us a lift to the city centre. I would recommend to everyone to rent a car. The bed was comfy but I suggest to invest in a proper bed so the guests rest properly.

We stayed for 1 night. Very basic 3rd floor no elevator. Not clean enough. Very far from center. Recomend not to go.
