Soak up the San Diego sunshine on the enclosed patio outside this private boutique room in a classic Italian-built home. All of the doors, windows and bath vanities are imported from Italy. Quiet, safe, and convenient, this room features a private en suite bathroom and all the amenities expected from an upscale hotel. Extra-soft towels and bath robes, at least 800-count Egyptian cotton sheets, plenty of down-alternative pillows, and you will love how comfortable the Queen-size bed is! The room has a Keurig coffee maker and pods, and a mini-fridge. There is a barbeque on the patio with all the utensils you will need to cook your meals.
It's about 20 minutes to the beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Downtown is easily accessible along with the zoo, wild animal park, and Sea World.
A dedicated outside door entrance to your villa means you do not have to enter the main home at all. All of the doors, windows and bath vanities were imported from Italy, and the homes were built with solid construction and beautiful appointments. Villa B is adjacent to Villa A, providing an ideal arrangement for two couples travelling together. Villa A is the larger of the two, with a large desk and chair, a chest of drawers, Keurig coffee maker and pods, refrigerator/freezer, a dedicated bath and a large closet.
