Soak up the San Diego sunshine on the enclosed patio outside this private boutique room in a classic Italian-built home. All of the doors, windows and bath vanities are imported from Italy. Quiet, safe, and convenient, this room features a private en suite bathroom and all the amenities expected from an upscale hotel. Extra-soft towels and bath robes, at least 800-count Egyptian cotton sheets, plenty of down-alternative pillows, and you will love how comfortable the Queen-size bed is! The room has chest of drawers, TV with Roku streaming channels and Wi-Fi high-speed internet, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, a small microwave oven and a mini-fridge. There is a barbeque on the patio with all the utensils you will need to cook your meals.
We are about 20 minutes to the beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Downtown is easily accessible along with the zoo, wild animal park, and Sea World.
A dedicated outside door entrance to your villa means you do not have to enter the main home at all. All of the doors, windows and bath vanities were imported from Italy, and the homes were built with solid construction and beautiful appointments. Villa B is adjacent to Villa A, providing an ideal arrangement for two couples travelling together. Villa A is the larger of the two, with a large desk and chair, and a large closet.
Please note that this space is suitable for up to two persons only, and we must insist that no children will be accommodated.

What a beautiful and amazing property! Check-in was easy. Jim and Laura are great hosts. They made my mom feel so safe and at home in their gorgeous suite. They respected our privacy and made sure our stay was perfect. The suite had everything we needed. There is a shopping center not far with a grocery store, Starbucks, and a couple resturantes. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back!

It was super clean and the host was very nice and helpful! I will say since it is a room attached to their main house, it got loud sometimes because we could hear them in their house. Overall it was an amazing stay!

John was so accommodating and personable as a Host. He would always ask if there was anything else that I needed. Although Laura was away during my stay, her prior generosity in being a Host was as wonderful.

Beautiful, clean well appointed room in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, and easy access to highway to enjoy all of the things San Diego has to offer. Contactless check-in / check-out was easy. Would definitely recommend this place whether you are here for business, visiting family or enjoying the sights.
