Lovely family home in prime southwest Pasadena location. One block to Rose Parade route. Walking distance to Old Town shopping and restaurants and the Arroyo Seco.. Less than a 2 mile walk to the Rose Bowl Stadium. Classic Pasadena home built in 1905 and completely renovated to modern standards Gourmet kitchen, lovely gardens with fruit trees and comfortable furnishings. 4 bedrooms each with TV and attached bathroom. Central air Conditioning & heat. Sonos sound system, smart TV, WiFi. House Keeping during your stay available.

Home was amazing. Had everything we needed. Loved the style of the home. Owners were very responsive and awesome to speak with. Really enjoyed our time celebrating the Rose Bowl festivities. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

I rented it for a friend family visiting LA for three weeks. The house is in a very safe neighborhood, clean, organized and well equipped. Communication is super easy. The family wants to rent it house again next summer. Highly recommend it!!
