About this house rental
Aurora is located in the historic Mariner House building, located thirty miles off the coast of Cape Cod on the beautiful island of Nantucket. In the heart of the quaint historic downtown quarter you can immerse yourself in a bit of whaling history. In 1846 Master Mariner and Whaling Captain William Jernegan built the Mariner house as a private residence. It has since been renovated into six tastefully decorated apartments, operating year round. Mariner House is within walking distance to the worn cobblestones of Main Street, to casual and gourmet dining, beautiful beaches, boats, boutiques, galleries, historic landmarks and museums.

Phenomenal stay in the heart of everything. Could not have asked for a better place. The pictures don't due this rental justice, it's so much nicer.

PERFECT , in every way. Clean , roomy, location could not have been any better , next to the center of everything. This place made our 31st wedding anniversary weekend , spectacular !!!!

The location was perfect and the space in the apartment was very roomy, 4 of us stayed there and we were never on top of each other.
Tracy, the property manager, was great to deal with and very attentive.
Lastly, it probably the only place I have ever stayed where the apartment was actually better than the website pictures.

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and characterful. Most of all, the location is in the heart of the main town, a brief 10 minute walk from the ferry stop and moments from the stores, bars and restaurants of the town.
