Welcome to the anchorage. Here you can invest and feel good. The apartment on the ground floor with south facing is with its 51m² ideal for single guests or couples. We are happy to welcome you in the anchorage also your four-legged companion.
Through a bright corridor you enter the living room. You can expect a generously designed living concept in bright friendly tones and a modern fitted kitchen. Here, in the color and furniture choice, attention was consistently paid to a discreet-simple line, so that the focus can be directed undisturbed on the beautiful nature of the Eider. The four large south windows, which let a lot of light and pleasant warmth into the apartment, offer you a wonderful view.
During breakfast, you can enjoy the view of the Eider and make plans for the day. If the weather is good, just lay your day on the balcony, sit down in the comfortable garden chairs and enjoy your coffee in peace. Through the wind-protecting glass front of the balcony above the slight hillside you are guaranteed a clear view of nature.
A high-quality fitted kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, makes cooking a pleasure. The corner kitchen is designed so that all the necessary utensils can be reached with just a few steps and of course the built-in dishwasher will do the dishes.
A stove in the living room invites you to linger in cool weather. The only choice is whether you want to spend your evenings on the wide sofa in front of the flat screen TV, with a glass of wine or with a good book.
The bedroom has a freshly made double comfort bed. The calm gray of the back walls calms the senses and lets you sleep in a relaxed mood.

Located directly on the Eider, it offers today with its 5 modern apartments for young to old a place for a variety of recreational opportunities & # 150; whether active in sports or simply relaxed by the tranquility of nature.
The remodeling work in the house was completed in July 2018. It is u. a. a completely new upper floor with 3 apartments emerged.
The name of the accommodation results from the direct location on the small beach of Tielen, which was newly created in 2017. Immediately in front of the grounds of the apartments begins the beach. It is connected to the road by a footpath so that disturbing cars are far away. The little ones can so carelessly flit from the apartment to the beach and back.
The property has a beautiful lawn, the old fruit trees with something increased and with an unobstructed view to the south to Eider and of course can be used. Another lawn for romping is located along the driveway on the other side of the house. There are also parking spaces for cars and motorcycles directly at the house.
The storage rooms are accessible from the eider side comfortably and at ground level. Here you will find enough space for bicycles, fishing tackle or other objects. There is also a table football and a washing machine.
