Great location, well appointed, key pick up and drop off in Batemans Bay pretty easy. Would have been great if the gutters were clean, suspect the mozzie plague was coming from there. And please restock the loo paper!

My girlfriends and i really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well appointed and close to the beach, easy walking distance. We were very comfortable and would certainly recommend this property as an ideal coastal getaway.

Main heating was a wood burner, there was no wood available at the property? The picture of the house does not show the state of the exterior now, it is a mess. The external deck and furniture was filthy, obviously not cleaned for a long time. The house contained some excellent features, but wasn't properly cleaned, lots of dust and dirt along edges everywhere. The area was an excellent holiday destination, just felt cheated by the state of the house, no wood, no clothes line, scruffy and not clean.
