About this house rental
A warm and inviting home, with an open and airy floor plan, nestled in the quieter south end of Sea Girt. Less than 2 blocks to Trenton and Neptune beaches, this home is perfect for families looking to create unforgettable memories.
This home was recently renovated with many new furnishings and artwork in the living room, family room, sun room and loft spaces. New appliances (refrigerator, range & microwave) and outdoor patio set, including Weber 3-burner patio grill. BackSense Supreme gel mattresses & box springs on all twin beds.
The large main bedroom with a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and a full bath is conveniently located on the first floor adjacent to a comfortably furnished Sun Room. The marble-floor foyer opens into a exquisite sun-lit living room with a vaulted ceiling which flows into a cozy family room with remote controlled gas fireplace, breakfast nook and eat-in-kitchen. The powder room is adjacent to the foyer.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 Full, 2 x 2 Twin beds) all accessing a large full bath with a walk-in cedar closet. Upstairs also features a lofted living room area and balcony. Both family rooms and master bedroom come equipped with HDTV's - with access to streaming YouTube TV included. Home is set up for high-speed Verizon Wifi & Sonos sound system.
HVAC is two-zone with dehumidifier.
The Family Room slider opens out into a hardwood deck and tree lined backyard, assuring a high degree of privacy. Private outdoor shower with hot/cold running water.
5 bikes & helmets are available for use, and 4 season pass beach badges are also included for summer stays (free beach access for kids under 12 ). Two beach umbrellas and 6 beach chairs are provided.
The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars, and on-street parking is ample, free, and readily available throughout the year.
NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. The Owner & her family have a summer house next door (there is tree-line privacy between homes). If you are looking for a house to host parties, events, etc. please keep looking elsewhere!

We really enjoyed our stay with my partner's family from France. Beautiful place, clean and spacious. Gene was so helpful checking us in as we arrived late after work around the holiday break, restful and grateful.

My whole family enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It's location and set up are perfect for a family- an easy walk to beach, quiet streets for biking and exploring, and a nice backyard for hanging out when you take a break from the beach. The landlord is really nice and goes out of his way to be helpful to ensure you have a great vacation.

Beautifully decorated shore house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the Sea Girt boardwalk and beach. Comfy beds. Convenient, clean outdoor shower and beach chairs were among the little extras that made for a perfect family trip. We really enjoyed our stay!
