Newly updated waterfront home on Lake Bonham, an hour north of the DFW metroplex. New vinyl plank flooring, updated kitchen & new walk-in showers in both bathrooms. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath - Master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom has 2 twin bunks and third bedroom has queen size bed. Large living room, dining area and spacious kitchen with plenty of room for meal prep. Backyard has covered and uncovered patio/deck space. Covered deck has seating for 6 in club chairs. Uncovered decking is perfect place to cook and has bar seating for 4 overlooking lake. Backyard has fire pit, lighting and 2 person wooden swing. Large dock has covered and uncovered space for enjoying the sun and fishing and swimming. Beautiful sunsets!

We came for a baseball tournament.
The house was perfect. The place was beautiful and clean. When we were not on ball field my grandson was able to fish. I would highly recommend this for a weekend getaway

Our time on the lake was just what we were looking for. Quiet, relaxing and time to do some fishing. The house is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely go back there and would recommend this property to those looking to spend time on Lake Bonham.Vickie & John
